Bio
Karina Sevoyan was born in 1985 in Leningrad. She is currently a student at the Beaux-Arts de Paris and a member of the self-organization “F5.” Karina lives and works in Paris.
As a multidisciplinary artist, Karina explores the contradictions inherent in contemporary life, delving into the tensions between individual agency and societal constructs. Her work engages with themes of transitional states, creation and destruction, and the complexities of perception. While her artistic practice spans various media, her primary focus is on painting.
Through each project, Karina seeks to unravel the intricacies of our era, forging connections between the personal and the universal, the mundane and the metaphysical, in pursuit of deeper understanding and cultural resonance.
